What To Do When You Break Your Eating Rules

Let me guess: you've been dieting for years (or even decades) and only feel comfortable eating the "right" foods at the right times — like, you don't eat after 7pm. You don't eat fruit after 2pm. You never eat junk food, food that comes in a box, or sweets (quelle horreur!).

But what about when you break your rules? We both already know what happens... Breaking your eating rules results in the winning combo of losing any shred of willpower you had left and uncontrollable binge-eating, along with side-prizes of food guilt, body shame, and fear of weight-gain. Awesome. (Not awesome.)

What if I told you it was possible to eat without rules? What if you could eat whatever you wanted, whenever you wanted?

You might think it sounds too good to be true. And you think that if you gave up control, loosened your reins on the rules, and let yourself eat what you wanted, when you wanted, then you'd really get fat.

Luckily, it doesn't work like that. When you give up your eating rules, you will start to eat normally. What?! Yep. Giving yourself permission to eat whatever you want, without rules, without dieting, and without restriction of any kind will eventually result in normal eating.

Plus the awesome side-effects of no food guilt, no body shame, no binge-eating, and weight stability. Awesome. (Actually awesome.)

You probably want to know how to throw away your eating rules. I got you. I talk a ton about how to throw away your eating rules in my video training series, How to Stop Binge-Eating. If you haven't watched it yet, you'll want to pay particular attention to video number 2, where I teach you how to stop dieting — that is to say: how to throw out your eating rules.

If you're sick of eating rules, this video training series is for you.

You do not need to struggle with eating rules any more. Let's get you to the other side.
